An enduring power of attorney one of the most important legal documents you can have. It allows you to appoint a person or people (your attorneys) to make financial or personal decisions on your behalf. There is also a General (Non-Enduring) Power of Attorney and a Supportive Power of Attorney which may be better suited depending on the need and goal.
